Trying to incorporate some of the things I’m learning from figure drawing sessions at school. I’m pretty happy with how the colors turned out in this one! Also, boobs are hard to draw, truth.

Drawing from reference is always so educational, though I tend to avoid it because it’s so hard to capture facial resemblance. Hazel’s a lot prettier in the actual photo, but hopefully she wouldn’t mind me giving it a shot anyway.
Mer-people are easy subjects because they’re naked and have no pesky legs or feet.
